Booking Proceedure:
- Login with your Last Name and chosen Password.
- Select Book Tee Times in the header if you do not automaticallyl and there after logging in.
- You will now be in the course selection drop downs
- Once you select the course and day, the Tee Sheet will appear
- Select your time by clicking on the balls for the time you wish to play. Note each ball indicates the availability for one golfer, so 3 balls means there is room for 3 players. This will take you to the player selection screen
- The system will take you to My Bookings section. Which will indicate the status of the booking. There are three possible states:
- Accepted The course has received and acknowledged your booking.
- Declined This tee time cannot be accepted by the course.
- Please try again selecting a different tee time
- Pending This request has not yet been received by the course, but it is in queue, and will be acknowledged shortly.
- Refresh a few times, it may take a minute or two for the course to accept the booking
- If it remains pending for more than a few minutes:
- Bookings that remain pending for more than just a couple of minutes are tentative – this occurs when a course is offline. There is a possibility that it could be declined once the course resumes its connection,if they have already taken that time in the proshop.
- You may cancel and book elsewhere, rather than risk being declined
- Reservation Masters is not responsible for maintaining the internet connection for the course. We do have protocols in the booking software which will re-establish the connection when dropped. Unfortunately it is not always possible to re-establish, depending on the circumstances of the disconnection.
- Once it is Accepted you are done with booking
- When you go to the course:Present your membership card at the proshop. You will not be charged by the courseIf you forget your card at home or lose it you will be required to pay the full green fee at the course.
Try a Booking at the Demo Course
You may try the system out, by booking a time at the course called "Demo Booking" No rounds at this course are billed, it is for you to try the system out and see how it works
Course specials are significantly discounted tee times offered by local golf courses and are available to all golfers. No membership is required to use this service.
Booking is as simple as selecting the course and tee time (from the list provided) and then paying for the round with your credit card (Visa or MasterCard). The only thing left is enjoying your game.
No payment is required at the course.
All rounds booked via this portal are prepaid rounds. Any changes, rain checks or refunds must be worked out with the golf course offering the special.
The credit card transaction is processed on a secure server in cooperation with Moneris Solutions (Canada’s largest payment processor). No credit card number or information is kept by Reservation Masters or the golf courses.
